Cancellation Policy
a.) PRIOR to the event (outdoor only), if the DJ is unable to perform
service due to inclement weather forecast/conditions (i.e. rain,
precipitation, high winds, lightning, etc.) an act of God or any other
cause beyond the DJ or customers control, the customer will be
entitled to a refund of booking fee and all monies pre-paid toward
remaining balance. The customer will be afforded an opportunity to
reschedule the reservation to a later date/time. The contractor will
contact the customer NLT 24 hours prior to the event date to decide
on a course of action. No changes/cancellations will be authorized
after close of business (6 PM ET) the day prior of event. NO
REFUNDS of deposits/retainer fees or pre-paid balances will be
authorized on the date of the event. No Exceptions.
b.) DURING the event (indoor or outdoor), if performance of service is
delayed, interrupted, or concludes ahead of the scheduled end time
because of any act, omission of the client, inclement weather, power
outages, or an act of God, the client will remain responsible for total
cost of service.
c.) Cancellation requests due to circumstances NOT outlined in
paragraphs a & b must be received in writing (email) by the client
NLT 48 hours prior to the event date. Client shall remain responsible
for the total cost of service to the Contractor.
d.) If, for whatever reason including injury or illness, the DJ is unable to attend the event, the Contractor will seek a replacement to perform at the event. If no replacement can be found, the contractor will promptly reimburse the Client all fees amount previously paid to Contractor, and neither party will have any further obligations or additional liability under this Agreement. All refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
