Game Trailer

How long does the Game Trailer Service last for?


Game Trailer Service starts at 2 hours (120 minutes). $100 fee for each additional hour if/when availability permits.




Will a staff member remain on site to supervise throughout the duration?


Yes, a G.I. Party team member will be present to supervise all video gaming activity and perform troubleshoot procedures as needed.




How many video gamers are able to play at once?


Up to 12 (twelve) gamers can play at once when all video game consoles are operating with multiplayer games simutaneously.









Inflatables

How long does the inflatable rentals last for?


Inflatable service last for up to 6 (six) hours




Does the inflatable service come with a power generator included?


Power generators are not included with inflatable service. An additional $50 service fee will be charged if a power generator is required.





DJ Service

How long does the DJ service last for?


DJ service starts at 2 hours (120 minutes). $100 for each additional hour after if/when availablity and time permits. Set up takes place one hour prior to and one hour after the event. Example: Event time starts at 8 PM Arrival/Setup: 7-8 PM Event: 8-10 PM Breakdown/Departure: 10-11 PM




What types of events is the DJ service avaible for?


We offer DJ service for many occasions events to include birthdays, graduation, school dances, weddings, reunions, pool parites and communty events.





Concessions

What all does the concession machines service consist of?


All Concession Machine service (ie popcorn, cotton cand and sno-cone) comes with supplies to serve up to 20 guest. Additional supplies are available upon request.





Party Rentals

How long are Tent, Tables and Chairs rentals for?


Tent, Tables and Chair rentals for up to 8 (eight hours).





Movie Screens

How long does the Movie Screen rentals last for?


Movie Screen rentals start at 2 1/2 hours (150 minutes). $50 fee for each additional hour if/when availability permits.




Who is responsible for setting up and breakdown the equipment?


A G.I. Party staff member will be on site to set up and break down all equipment before and after the event.




Who is responsible for providing the media (i.e. movie discs, internet streaming, etc)?


Customers are responsible for providing all media (movie discs, internet, etc) and acquiring any required authorizations/licensing rights for public screenings.**
